Gulliver's at the Swan

We are going to be staying at the S/D for out trip coming up in May...I am curious if anyone has done the dinner buffet there. According to Allearsnet (I posted below what it says) it is a Key West theme on Fridays and then a Southen theme on Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays...but we are looking at going on THURSDAY, any idea what the menu is then?

Gulliver's Grill features a different themed buffet nightly.

Fridays, for example, are Key West Sunset themed and feature the following selections:

Peel and Eat Shrimp
Hearts of Romaine and Scallop Salad with Mango

Monday, Wednesday and Saturday are "The Good Old South" nights and feature:

Nightly Chef's Creations of composed salads, antipasti and crudite

served with cornbread stuffing and roasted button mushrooms and onions
Catfish Fillets with rice pilaf and crawfish sauce
Prime Rib, carved to order
Roasted Garlic Red Bliss Potatoes
Collard Greens
Baked Beans with Brown Sugar
Corn Chowder
Cornbread

Pecan Pie
Peach Cobbler

It sounds good, but honestly of all our times staying at the Swan we have never eaten there and when I give a peek in I really dont see too much business going on. The servers actually look bored. I did see they had some business once but that was during a bad rainstorm where everyone was pretty much stuck in the hotel for a while. I have only eaten at the splash grill, good but very expensive imo.
