Guided Tours

So, what do you guys think the BEST guided tour is? Are there any you are so glad you attended or found more informative than others? We were thinking of possibly doing the Future World or World Showcase tour. (My DGf wants to do the Segway run, but I think $80 is a little too much to ride a Segway around for an hour or two, hehe) Any ideas?

Well, I've only taken one tour, but it was fantastic!

We took the Keys to the Kingdom tour last week. Some of the info was stuff we already knew, but overall it was just great! Lunch is included in the price, so it is really not a bad deal at all.

We took both the backstage magic and segway tours during Christmas week and loved both of them and I would recommend them both. The backstage magic was expensive but the tour included lunch and was a full day tour. The segway tour was so much fun and I would take the tour again. We paid $68 in the end I believe as we used a DVC discount. There were other discounts available for the tour too.
I don't think you would regret doing the segway tour, but book early as there are only 10 places per group.

hmmm, can you elaborate a bit on the full 2 hour Segway Tour. (Was it per person or per group? I get a CM discount, so it may in fact be worth it.) From what I read it didn't sound so exciting, but I may be wrong.

The Keys To The Kingdom Tour sounds great, but I used to work in the parks back in 2001 and they give us the exact same tour for training purposes, so....

We did the Segway Tour last January and it was great, we would do it again.

The first hour is spent in the classroom on the Segways learning how to go forward, backwards, turn, go over small obstacles, stop etc.

The second hour is spent in World Showcase riding past, and through the Pavillions. The guide talks about the different countries and takes photos for you.
