Guide change?

Hi,

DH and I have just received separate mailings about the new add on incentives.
This in itself is odd, as even though I did all the ground work, and make all the reservations, I am just the associate member on our DVC ownership, and I never receive any mailings, other than the reservation paperwork.

My main concern is that both mailings list a different guide, neither of which is our guide. Have we been allocated to someone new, or has our guide left DVC? Our guide is Theresa Seitz.

My DH and I have been members since 2008 and our guide has always been Roland Lammers. We were very happy with him. However we have recived a flyer for add ons today which advises that our Guides name is Chris Mansour. Is this a mistake or have we been moved to another Guide. Has Roland left?

We had a mailing from DVC today too.

Our guide also appears to have changed which is odd as I spoke to my guide, Amil Arroyo, 2 days ago.

However, when I looked again at the addressee it seems DVC have used an address label to cover up the person the mailing was originally intended for.

I guess this may have happened on most of the letters.

It does appear your Guide has changed. I had a Guide leave many years ago and was reassigned automatically, also.

Since we do not discuss the reasons why Guides leave their positions, I will be closing the thread now. Thank you.
