Guest Relations/Ticket booth hours?

Does anyone know how late ticket booths stay open at the parks? We are arriving at MK in the evening on Sunday and want to buy annual passes. I'm hoping we don't have to stop in DTD first. Thanks!

The ticket windows outside of MK are opened until closing is not past it. I don't mean the ticket booths at TTC. I mean the ones just to the right of the turnstiles at MK.

The ticket booths themselves usually close an hour or so prior to Park Closing. However, the Guest Realations Office outside the Parks can sell tickets and they are usually open until after the last Guest leaves the Park some time after closing.
