Guess who I saw today?

Hi all
Derby isn't very famous for anything really - nothing of great interest that is, we don't even have a star football team. So I was amazed today when I had a call from our sales office to say that Gordon Ramsay was stood outside with a camera crew. Well locked the old PC and went down to be nosey and yes it was Mr Michelin star himself. Apparantly he is filming for his next series of Kitchen Nightmares at a local restaurant that I have thankfully never been to before. Some of the staff told me they were going to go and speak to him but I said not to bother as 1) he looked very busy and 2) he may have sworn at them

I can't help but sympathise with his wife - it's no wonder she's always on GMtv talking about how to cope with other people's children, or jetting off to India on one of her buying trips for her new Indian things shops . . . probably to get quality time away from him

I had a great conversation with Gordon after he had run the London Marathon this year. (I was at the finish line). A few hours later we were at the Grosvenor House Hotel having dinner and he was there for some award ceremony and he saw me and came over and said hello!
