We went to the grand opening of a new Five Below at the King of Prussia mall tonight... we were going there anywhere.
For those not familiar with Five Below, its a store generated by the same guy who made up Zany Brainy. It is geared for the 8 and up set (mostly for teenagers). Its a cool, retro, store with clothes, makeup, fun accessories, books, computer games, novelty items, snacks, fun candy,art supplies..but the cool thing is that everything in the store is $5 or below. (This is not your chintzy Dollar tree store, many fun "new retro" items")
Anyway, Josh bought a lava lamp, and Lauren bought some body glitter, and lip gloss (must haves for five year olds)
There was a drawing at the store, for the kids... We put Josh, & Laurens name for an XBOX...
It was a thrill to hear the DJ's say... Lauren B****** (they butchered the last name, mostly everyone does) you're the winner. She won a brand new XBOX game.
