Group rate, to keep or not to keep

I had previously posted that I could not find a fare for less than $200 from CMH to MCO RT in June. They were all $280+. I was able to get $226 on airtran with guaranteed group seating for 12 (important because 8 are kids). It is almost time to pay the deposit and I need to make a decision. Should I go for it? I am sure the days of $39 and $69 each way are gone...

There are very few dates in June with DirectAir but they have a $79 one way sale. Take carryon luggage so no baggage fees.

It looks like they don't start flying from Rickenbacker until June. But that is good to know! I might fly from there for my family trip in July. Thanks
