We are arriving next week and need to order a few things to be delivered to the resort. I did this many years ago with Garden Grocer but now prefer to use either Amazon, Walmart or Target. What are the steps for setting up a delivery? Do I put my name or the resort name as the addressee? I assume I use the resort address (POFQ). Are the groceries delivered to Bell Services? How far ahead should I put in my order? Thanks for any advice you can give me!

You can have it delivered to the resort, and tell the driver to leave it with bell services. You'd expect that all drivers have done this before but about 50% of the time our drivers were really confused about what they should be doing w/ bell services.

Bell services is really dicey with cold stuff. I think they have a fridge in most resorts, but it might be full and if it is all bets are off. we had them break open a bag before to make it fit (to their credit) but had to go back to ask for missing items. If nothing needs refrigeration you should be solid.

But that said, best and easiest thing is just to meet the driver at the curb. Less complexity, easier overall. If it's not possible though bell services is a solid backup.
