Well that stinks! It was in the same manilla 5x7 I used all the time and i taped it all the way around because it was so stuffed. Jen hadn't missed a week and I knew there was no way I could use all of the Qs so I just packed them off. Please let me know it "the remains" show up. I'm sure the PO trashed it if you don't have it by now.

I was really unimpressed again this week so I will only be getting one extra paper but otherwise everything is clipped and ready to go for this week....in an addressed envie even! scary huh?????

Ok I will let you know if it shows up. I have not even looked at the coupons this week yet. It was such a beautiful sunny fall day here in NH that we raked leaves all morning then watched the Pats beat Miami Wow the envie is addressed already?? You are good!!

A question for all you coupon experts

I've noticed in my envelopes that some people seem to get coupons for cents off a product rather than $1/2 of the same product. These are awesome for me, since my grocery store will double the cents off, but not the $1/2. What area of the world gets the cents off ones, and is it possible to get a subscription to their Sunday paper mailed to me? Will the paper mail all the inserts, or do they just send the paper itself?

IDK about whether a mailed subscription would have the coupon inserts, but I get cents off products in NE all the time. Unfortunately, no one here doubles coupons.

These are awesome for me, since my grocery store will double the cents off, but not the $1/2. What area of the world gets the cents off ones, and is it possible to get a subscription to their Sunday paper mailed to me? Will the paper mail all the inserts, or do they just send the paper itself?

I emailed a company about a year ago asking this question. Their response was coupon amounts are regional based on sales in the area so to speak. If a brand does well in an area, the coupon value is different than in an area where the brand isn't doing as well to entice the person to use the coupon.

I had emailed asking why some areas got $1.00 off Charmin coupons and in my area the coupon amount was only $.25. And that was their response. Not sure if that's how all companies look at it, but I guess that would make sense.

I'm still bugged that you didn't get the one I mailed after our trip. That was a big envelope and it was posted on Monday Oct 26. Grrr......

Jen I agree with you about the coupons and it frustrates me to no end too. I'm part of weusecoupons.com and there are folks from different regions who trade for full inserts on there. Quite often they get better deals then we do so if they have a certain Q I want, I'll either buy inserts or trade for specific Qs.

dislal - I got 2 envies today. I'm pretty sure they went someplace interesting, with all the cancellations on them

mskayjay - I have another set of inserts to cut up, and then I'll send them out. The Shaw's deal has taken me hours of planning, so my coupon cutting this week was limited But, on the other hand, I came home this afternoon with about $650 worth of stuff for $60. Not bad!!!!
