green scarves in 06?

Hi all, late night here and thinking all about the marathon...........
started wondering if anyone will be in a green scarf this year?
That really helped us last year find one another...........
ACTUALLY, it was a good thing I had my scarf because as I waited to be corral, I was all by myself! and even though I met many wishers the night before, there was no picking someone out of that big crowd. at the risk of sounding pathetic, I really did feel lonely! lol! there were so many others with friends and family. Finally, someone noticed my scarf and came over and got me....... before I knew it, I was in a very large group of wishers with lots of support and made the time go quickly getting to know one another.................
anywho......... if no green scarfs, will everyone be wearing anything specific to find one another?

we had a thread going a while back where we ordered lime green shirts with WISH on them. My mom didnt get in on this shirt order either & its too late because it takes at least 4 weeks to imprint. She has ordered a blank lime green one to wear. Its a coolmax, if you are interested we got them from
alertshirt.com Go to performance wear & you will find the green. Its only 7.99 I think. If you want to go with the scarf again, that would probably work too. DISers are programed to find the lime green ya know

Are you doing the 1/2 or the full? There are a bunch of us this year so surely you will find some people that a.m.

I was looking for material similar to the lime green fleece scarf we had last year to cut out and distribute at TE dinner, but so far I have met with no luck in my area. I also don't go out to those stores very often.

I even thought of some sort of a "bandana/flag" that could be tucked into a waistband to help quickly pick out our group. Haven't found anything that would be affordable for me to bring that I could distribute to our group.

Still thinking...

hi and thanks......I guess Ill do that. I am gonna stick with the scarf1 so look for me!!!!!!!!!! yikes! lol. I am doing the half. I missed the shirt thing cause well I was simply MIA for a while. but glad the color stayed the same. Perhaps some that were there last year will have their scaves as well.
