Great Resort Rates on Southwest!

I'd like to book on Orbitz, but they do not ask who is staying in the room. How do I go about Magical Express and room key information?

Can you add the dining plan to your tickets when you get there? We can stay at AKL for only $250 more for the entire trip ...

BUT if we cannot add the dining plan it may not work in our favor

Also has anyone ever booked a Disney Stay with Orbitz ... we have only done thru Dis and I am wondering how the paperwork is done?

To answer your first question in a word....no.
This deal is a room only discount. In order to have the dining plan you must book a package, room/tickets.
Even when booking a package through Disney, if you want to add dining this must be done at least 3 days prior to check-in.

Wow - I saved $1000 over the quote I was getting from Small World Vacations for the Boardwalk Villas. One thing though, there was no place for special requests that I could see during the booking. I will need a crib in the room. What do I need to do to add this to the reservation?

I'm wondering if they figured out their error (because this is a too good to be true offer). I checked prices for 4 then for 2 people and couldn't believe the price. I went to book it and the price almost doubled and it said that 'the rate has changed'

Rates are back up...shucks! While I was pricing and thinking of switching dates it stated that the rates have gone up due to availability. I at least got a confirmation email for the 2 nights @ AKL I was able to bag so I'm happy with that.

I booked at 3pm and was able to get WL Woods View for only $1.12 over what I was paying for standard at POR(with 40% off PIN). DS14 has always wanted to stay at WL where his fave Artist Point is located. I plugged the numbers into Eccel and came up with a discount of about 67% of rack.

On Orbitz, I pulled up a rate of $131 for the POLY garden view for 2 people and $161 for 4 people per night during 9/18 - 9/25. I was going to book the $131 rate and now it is posting a $219 rate (this is with the promo code of DEALPRO10).

Bummer I couldn't book it but I am hoping that y'all who were able to book are given those rates. My husband booked airfare one time and two weeks later they told him the rates went up and they wouldn't honor the lower rate. I'm hoping that doesn't happen (hopefully their Ts&Cs are in the customer's favor).

I am not sure if we get anything else from Orbitz. I'd say the confirmation number and ID is all you need upon checkin. My confirmation email also had a barcoded area attached for Magical Express which was nice. Right after the conf email I received another email from them for 10% off future hotel bookings. I booked mine last night so I'd say (by now) they will def honor the rates as legit.

$131...can you believe? I think the $219 is still a great rate...but still hard to swallow knowing how low everything was. I was fixin to book additional nights at GF Club $220 and it said the rate changed.

And OMW on them upping the flight rates on your hubby I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

Now I'm really worried to book our airfare. I will wait at least 2 weeks if not a month. We were going to fly Allegiant so I'm not too worried about a drastic change in airfare.

Those of you that booked the deal through Orbitz let us know if you hear any changes regarding your reservation. Here's some pixie dust that Orbitz will honor these prices since it was their error.

Hmmm, well if they are going to cancel these I hope they do it soon or not at all. I booked the last 3 nights of our August vacation at Poly for 161 a night. I need to change my free dining package to 6 nights instead of 9 no later than a week from now because that is my 45 day mark.
