Orbitz will only allow you to book with 4 people, but I know the Poly you can have 5 in a room. If I book w/4 can I add the extra person when I check in?

AIt appears that a few resorts are not included. nyone concerned that once they catch this they will cancel your reservation? Have never booked through Southwest for a Disney hotel. Can you get Magic Express? Dining Plan?

For anyone who books thru Southwest there is no place to enter information for Magical Express. I just called ME directly (866-599-0951) and booked it. Should receive packet about one month prior to trip. Again glad we are all saving so much money!

OMG!!!! I just booked a Theme park view at CR for our trip in August (going the 15th - 22nd)

We had a woods view over at the WL booked and we saved $50 by switching to the CR, not much of a savings but an upgrade!!!! Woohoo!!!

My DH has always wanted to stay at CR with a theme park view and now he will. I am NOT telling my family until we are checking in!!!!
They are going to FLIP!

I'm jealous of y'all. I plugged in our dates (8/14 - 8/22) and am getting the same rates -- or even higher -- than Disney's direct booking rates. Oh, well.

The promo starts 8/15, are your dates flexible? Or how about 2 ressies, a 1 night ressie 8/14 than 8/15 to 8/22 ressie.

I'm one day late on this, ugh! Oct 1-4 we're going. On the night of the 3rd wanted to do a deluxe. Great prices for the 1st and 2nd deluxe.... but not the 3rd, which is when I want deluxe.
super short trip and too much crammed in, would be worthless to stay deluxe the 1st since not arriving till 7:30 p.m... and the 2nd have TOO busy a day planned to enjoy resort. 3rd would be perfect, but nope, prices jumped WAY up come the 3rd.

This is my concern now too, I have an infant--hopefully that will be no problem at check in.

I've NEVER not booked thru Disney. I just called CRO and cancelled my SSR studio in July and now I'm going to book my Orbitz room. I'm nervous!

DH and I decided to celebrate our Anniversary a little early because of these rates. We booked the Poly for 5 nights in September for $680 today through Orbitz.

I think I'm still in shock that we are going back to Disney and for such a great deal.

I was thinking the whole time, that this is some kind of error. If I had a trip planned for September, then it wouldn't matter. But if I bought airfare and then they told me it was an error, I'd be lol

I'm going to wait a few weeks to book our airfare because I'm a little worried too. I've never seen rates this discounted before. But you would think Orbitz would have to honor what they've already sold even if it was in error.

I booked friday and saturday night at SSR in a studio in July for a total of $299.23! I'm thrilled!

Just booked Animal Kingdom Lodge on Southwest website for 9/7 - 9/20 for $86 per night standard view, $90 per night pool view or $111 per night savannah view!!!

I can't find these rates anywhere. That is an amazing deal. The cheapest I see AKL is $116.
Am I doing something wrong?????

I just found those rates on Orbitz, so you might want to check there. It is also different on some dates than others, so you may have to play around with it some. I still can't believe the deal we got!! We are sure hoping it's all good!! We won't be doing the parks this time though except for MNSSHP one night, but we are looking forward to doing all the other stuff we keep wanting to do but never have time for when we are at the parks all day and also to simply enjoy the resorts!

My original booking thru Disney with the 40% discount was $2,622 for 7 nites Lagoon view CL. Orbitz priced a waterview room (downgraded) at BC resort at $1,095 with taxes. So I'm giving up Club Level but I'm savings sooooo much!

Plus now I can't have the dining plan (I had deluxe - which would be too much food) so now I am recalibrating my waistband and going to be a lot more sensible with our out of pocket spending on dining.

But.... I'm giving up my first CL!

Yep! That was exactly it! When I put in 2 people, I get the $86 rate and when I put in 4 people, I get the $116 rate. I wonder why???? The room should be the same (for standard) I would think whether there are 2 people or 4 people.

It seems to only be counting all the people as adults, and since Disney charges extra for over 2 adults in a room, that seems to be the deal. I just did our's for 2 and figure we'll either call and add DD to it or just tell them at check in which shouldn't be a problem.
