Great Hotels on Travel Channel-Disney Hotels

Just wanted to let you know that I just stumbled across some Travel Channel shows featuring Disney Hotels. About a week ago I was flipping channels and caught the tail end of Great Hotels with Samantha Brown at Grand Floridian. I only saw the last 5-6 mins. but I searched ahead for more episodes and found one with AKL and another with BYC. I DVR'd the AKL on 8/30 and just watched it. It was really good. She went to AK as well as staying at AKL and showed the inside of the Royal Suite at AKL as well as concierge, and, of course, the animals. The one for BYC is being shown here on the West Coast, next week (the 6th or 8th?) I think.

I checked the Travel Channel website but they don't even list the Disney one's so I don't know if there are others. Thought you might want to check it out. I record, and save, anything Disney. There are also a few more shows on WDW and DL showing around the 8th, or so. I'll be at WDW but I'm recording them too.

Thanks for the update. I too always record anything that has to do with Disney, whether it is on Discovery Channel, Food Network, or Travel Channel. My kids and I always sit down and watch the shows then save them whenever we feel the Disney urge. My DH has deleted some shows in the past, but learned his lesson very soon after....Don't mess with the Mouse!

Have you seen the Disney Wedding special on the Food Network? Because TV is at a 50 year low (as far as I know) I find myself switching between the Disney Channel and the Food Network all the time and I ran across the wedding special. It was a nice escape between Poly trips!

I have never seen that one, but I bet it was neat watching. I had always wanted a Cinderella wedding, but was always too cheap to do it, but all considering, it may of been cheaper than my own wedding at home... Hopefully they will reair it sometime.
