graphing a LGMH for knitting

Has anyone graphed a LGMH for knitting? I'm experimenting with enlarging a LGMH from Home Depot and trying to graph it, so I can knit it.

It's frustratingly difficult to turn a round thing into little squares and still have it recognizable!

I'm still working on it. I found a website where you can create your own graph paper to print, which is good for knitting as it's more 7 to 5 than square. http://incompetech.com/graphpaper/asymmetric/

Depending on how big you want this, a lot will be dependent on the gauge. The smaller the gauge the more realistic it will look if it's a smallish LGMH you're making. Otherwise it could be very boxy. I'm experimenting now with lace stitches...seems easier to get a round a shape with angled decreases.
