Do you ever find out what is going on at DS/DD's house through your grandchildren? Apolonia loves to "pretend"" when we are baking, etc. and wants to have pretend conversations...

A: I am never taking my daughter shopping again

M: Why

A: Because she expects me to buy her something every time we go into a store and I am tired of it

M: Just tell her she can't have something every time she goes into a store

A: I do. But she just does not listen to me. I am getting disgusted with the way she behaves some times.

LOL. I will have to share more Apolonia Conversations with you some time.

I'm not a grandparent, but I just wanted to say thanks for the smile. I love it when kids play pretend like that. It's so sweet.

And yes, when my dd was a few years younger, my mom has learned a few things from my dd's pretend conversations. Like getting into trouble for NOT cleaning her bedroom, etc.

When my DD was about 4 we were shopping with my MIL and we passed some litle red loungerie and thanks to my DD my MIL got quite a peek into my "laundry pile"
