Grand Villa - One Floor?

Are there any 3 bedroom Grand Villa rental options with a floorplan without stairs? I am planning a large family trip for 10 days in 2018. This is the largest family trip I have planned so far. There will be 12 of us ranging in age from 2 - 62. In the past, we loved renting 2 bdrm vacation villa points at OKW, but are reluctant to rent a grand villa there because it is 2 floors. Because we will be staying with very active 2 and 4 year old boys and a 62 year old with knee problems, we would like to avoid a second story and staircase. Options?
We also want to stay on property. We are flying from MA and prefer to use Disney transportation - none of us like to drive and a party of 12 requires too many car rentals and transportation/parking issues.

I think the new 3 bedroom Grand Villas at the new Copper Creek are also single floor.

It will be difficult to find someone to rent that many points at 11 months ahead. A VGF GV in the dream season ( middle season of 5) is 1398 points. BWV is 954 AKV is 924. You may need to find several renters and have the reservations linked.

AKL - Jambi, VGF and CCV will be the only three that all are single story. BWV has both single and two story and Kidani, SSR, BLT and OKW are all 2 story.

At AKV Jambo and VGF, there are only single story GV's, and thus you are guaranteed a single story if you get a reservation for a GV at those resorts. At BWV, five are single story and two are not, You can request single story but it is not guaranteed. Mentioned above is that CCV's will also be single story although I have no personal knowledge of that.

If you are renting, then as noted it could be difficult to find someone to book 10 nights; a rental broker may be able to rent part of the nights from different owners and then link the nights. You do not mention when you intend to go but be aware that for BWV, Jambo and VGF for time between late Sep and marathion weekend in Jan, you will really need to find owners of the particular resorts to book with the 11 month reservation window. That is also true of BWV for most of the time during the rest of the year and for Jambo about half the time for the rest of the year. VGF GVs are usually open during mid-Jan to late Sep at 7 months out, when DVC members from other resorts can reserve them.

BLT is on two floors, but there is a bedroom on the first floor and the second floor can be reached using the hotel elevators, if you cannot do the stairs.
