Death of two siblings linked to trip to Orlando. Stay safe out there. Stay home.
From the article: The siblings’ mother, Monete Hicks, has had difficulty sleeping since the deaths of her children, said Tanra Washington, 34, another cousin.
“It’s a deadly matter,” she said. “It’s not fair to bury a loved one because of other people’s ignorance, or insensitivity to this matter.”
Yet they went on a vacation? I'm sorry her children died, but she just played the victim card quite blatantly and incorrectly. ANd they could have spread the virus themselves?
Exactly. The brother, who acquired symptoms first, did not go to any theme parks. The sister, who started showing symptoms days after her brother passed, did go to theme parks, but most likely got it from her brother who she lived with and was in close contact with.
But where did he get it from? They stated something about a Walmart, but if he was wearing a mask and social distancing while in the store, washing his hands afterwards before touching his face, how did he get it?
How does this prove "young people infect old people"? Unless you've done tracing, you don't know where (or from whom) anyone has gotten it.
Our local nursing home had the virus introduced through a young staff member. Most of our city deaths due to COVID are from that nursing home. How does COVID get into the nursing homes to begin with?
