Grand I Yacht

Has anyone rented the Grand I? Can you give me any info on where it goes, i.e., illuminations, fireworks, etc. I know that you rent it from the Grand Floridian but am no sure where it goes from there. Thanks!

We are having a vow renewal at Disney next summer. I was thinking of then having dinner at Narcosse's followed by the Grand I.

I copied this from the Dis.. I have never done an Illumination Cruise, something to look forward to one of these days.. May I recommend Citrico's for your dinner, I think it is the best food on property....at least that was my experience.

It can be rented for wishes and gets the best viewing spot, not because its the nicest ship but because its the biggest LOL... It will literally pull up on a pontoon and make them move out of the way!

We rented the Grand One a couple years ago. It was a surprise to my DH for our anniversary. He loved it.

You will cruise seven seas lagoon, view the ELP and then are docked directly in front of the castle for an awesome view of Wishes. At the time we went there was no audio on board but we could clearly hear the music from other boats. I believe they now have the music piped in. There is just nothing that could compare with sitting on the bow, watching wishes. And no crowds to fight after the fireworks.

We ordered Cinderella's slipper dessert which was served by the first mate in the galley.

Just an absolutely perfect night.
