In November, we are going to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary and are trying to decide where to have dinner. I would love to do one of the special events on the magical gathering list, but does everyone in the group have to be staying on Disney property to be included? We have 8 people total and I really want to do something special for one evening. Any advice?? Thanks!

The rules are a grand gathering group must be at least eight people who are staying at Disney Resorts (not just on property). A GGG can be augmented by people who are not staying in Disney Resorts, but at least 80% of the group must be staying at Disney Resorts.

For example, if you had eight people in Disney Resorts and wanted to invite me to participate you could, because 80% of 9 = 7.2 but if you wanted to invite me and two others you could not, since 80% of 11 is 8.8 and you only have 8.0 staying in Disney Resorts.

I hope this explanation makes some sense
