We're looking to go there for lunch and have an ADR but was wondering if we might possibly get in earlier if we show up. I know it's usually hit and miss but is the GFC a 'hot spot' or fairly easy to snag a table at regularly? Thanks!

Most of the time, you really don't need an ADR at the Grand Floridian Cafe for lunch. If you're visiting at a busy time of year, you may have a short wait to get in, but that would be it. Enjoy!
We have done walk ups at GFC several times and always been seated pretty fast. We try and show up right when they open for dinner and have never had any problems because of not having an ADR.
