Great job on the 148.8!!!! I'm right behind you. Let us know how you like the elliptical.
 
The elliptical piece hasn't been replaced yet so it's still in partial pieces. I'm ready to play!!

workout-nont I did watch my husband win an intramural doubles raquetball tournament tonight. :) I'm a little bit proud of him. I am hoping to get to the gym tomorrow night the energy seems to be pretty much back so it's time to get back into it.
 
I hope you are able to get back to your workouts soon! How frustrating to have the elliptical there and not be able to use it!
 

Elliptical update they are sending us a new leg that will take care of the problem. YEAH!!

Weekend was good in that I had fun and enjoyed it-not good in respects to eating. My weight was up to 151 today I don't think that I gained two pounds but I need to take it really easy this week on eating and get it back down.

I am back on track w/ exercising. DH and I took an hour long walk yesterday and I will be doing something tonight as well. At least I hope I am. I have a dentist appt today for stage 1 of a crown so if I can't feel my mouth I'm not doing anything.

Eeew, I hate dental work! I hope that goes OK for you. I also hope you are able to get your elliptical fixed soon!

That weekend weight will come off by Wednesday - mine always does... :rolleyes:

I hope your dentist appt goes well. I'm the biggest baby when it comes to going to the dentist. I was a 151 today too. We're going to get thru this and make it to the 140's permanently.
 
The dentist visit was ok I have a temporary crown now YUCK and am only a little bit sore.

lovinaz-I hope it's gone by tomorrow I think I am dealing with water weight but it's still difficult to accept the number on the scale.
 
I am learning to not be so disappointed with the scale. Every once in a while it makes me furious, but most of the time I am OK with what it says. I checked out www.drpeeke.com (the woman who wrote BFL for Women) and she had a chart in there that showed 4 women, each 35 years old and 140lbs. It was amazing because one of them was 16% body fat and wore a size 8 and a couple of them were over 30% body fat and wore 12's or something. It was all about the body composition. So that made me feel TONS better about things!

Now that you are back into your workout routine, that pesky scale will start moving in the right direction again. You are going to kick butt in March! :cheer2:

Hope you get the elliptical working soon, and bet you're going to do great in March!

Oh man, I think I would go insane if I couldn't have my daily Balance Bar! They are SO good and really zap that chocolate craving. I hope you get that temporary off soon so you can start eating them again!

Great job sticking to a small portion when you ate out. Keep it up! :banana:
 
WE GOT THE LEG!!!!!!!!!! We got the leg we got the leg and now we have an elliptical!! It works and is awesome!! We totally 100 percent LOVE IT!!

Congrats for hitting in the 140's again. I've got to get caught up. How's the elliptical? Glad to see that you got it put together & working. The Santa Fe Chicken Recipe was delicious in the EFL book. I'm so glad that I've got you and Amy to pick up recipes and suggestions from.
