Life is nuts work has been crazy after getting back from a break!
Yesterday:
b-shake
s-bar
l-salad w/ chicken and mandarin oranges
s-apple and string cheese
d-wrap
s-cookies
workout 20 min elliptical
today
b-1 serving corn pops
s-banana w/ granola bar
l-turkey black bean burrito
s-pudding w/ cookies
d-sloppy joe w/ baked chips
s-cookie
workout 30 min walk lunch
65 min elliptical tonight. DH and I have found a way to keep me focused on the elliptical. He comes in and we play Family Feud on the computer while I am dying on the machine. It's great! I start at resistance 4 and work up to resistance 10 and then back down to 4 in 5 minute increments. Amazing workout, and I get to have fun and not focus on the pain.

I will be back in the 140's soon!!

kimwim8-thanks for visiting and I don't know about hero I think I fall more into the certifiable nut for going that long on the elliptical even though I did the same thing tonight.
