My challenges for the weekend are excercise related, I am going to be a gym rat this weekend. I want to get as much workout in as possible before the turkey day eating. I've got a plan I just need to stick to it. I am about 1000 minutes from my November challenge and I am determined to get there so I'll be a gym rat till I do. Next week there are 4 days that working out will be hard so I need to push it for the days that I can.

Tomorrow will be another workout day for me I WILL make my goal I will make my goal I will make my goal!! I can and will do this!!! He he he he what just dawned on me is originally on Oct 23 I set a 6000 minute goal for Christmas and had a goal set that I would reach 3000 minutes by Thanksgiving. I'm 40 minutes from that goal. On November 1 I set a goal of 3000 minutes for the month and I'm 995 minutes away from that one. What a difference a week makes. This will be a challenge to get 995 minutes in 11 days but I can do it, I know I can. Ok I'm trying to convince myself of this.
