50 minutes at the gym tonight. I got my 3 mile run in-took longer than it was three weeks ago but I'm improving in other ways such as able to run for longer periods of time.

Life is good. Today was our first day back at work and my head is still spinning. I want another week off.

It was great to get back to the gym though I didn't realize how much I had missed it for the past two weeks. My lifestyle has definitely changed. I have a new goal as well. My hubby and I want to get our house cleaned up and out and get rid of some of the clutter we have from the combining of two households and somebody referred me to a website by flylady and so after looking into it DH and I decided today that we are not only going to spend 2006 getting our health and weight under control but we are gonig to get our house under control as well. YEAH!!!!
