I didn't know you came south for a DL Thing. I would have liked to come say hi if we didn't have so much crap going on. I really want to check out the 1091 lounge but I'm not sure if I can go without Fran or if she needs to be present.

That's what i figured and since it was really last minute, I didn't want to add pressure to your situation.

You made it to DLR??? Fantastic. Aside from the long queues, it sounds like you maximised your time there. Did DS go with you?

I had booked rooms a few months ago, but wasn't real sure I would go. As it got closer I kept thinking I wouldn't. I wanted to let crowds settle out and try to go mid summer for a longer time. Then a couple weeks ago it looked like I will be coaching soccer mid summer which is pretty likely but not a sure thing currently. So then I started to think I could move mid Summer to late Summer if I can trade some days with DS's mom.

Then I started seeing the reviews from the previews and really wanted to go. So on Saturday I decided I go and stick out the lines, instead of cancelling rooms at the 24 hour limit.

We didn't do a lot of rides but DS enjoyed Cars Land a lot. He didn't seem to mind the time spend just looking. Was a little dismayed we left so quickly.

We both want to go back.

I really want to go back too...our next scheduled visit is in August, but I hope we get out there and at least check out the Lounge before then.

A girl! I'm happy for them, I just wish they'd send me a picture. I'd been trying to check in with her for almost three weeks and she never got back in touch with me. Then her husband called me yesterday after they got to the hospital, then again a couple hours after the baby was born. He'd said he'd send me a picture, but I haven't seen anything yet.

We do know where most of the outlets in DL, DCA and Epcot are located! There is a great spot in Innoventions where I have left my scooter many times!

I'm glad to hear that you and your DS like BVS and CL Matt. At least you got to go on each ride during your trip and gave your impression about them. Glad I didn't go on opening week and went during the preview.

I am thinking of going back to Anaheim around August with my DB and his GF since she wants to see CL at DCA. Looks like another trip is in the works.
