So I had an interview on Monday... Heard back today. Didn't get it

I've put in a lot of applications, but the interview was at Target. I also put in at a couple of bakeries yesterday.

Dont be upset, all that means is there is something better for you. I would keep applying to the bakeries. If it were me, applying to bakeries, I would say ,I dont have that heavy experience and I am very willing to learn. Even if it just say part time. So put on the happy face, look ahead and keep going. I have put in for so many jobs and didnt get them and it was ok.

sadly I did not get that I got coffee, but I did lose a little over 4 pounds.

I actually knew walking out of there that I wasn't going to get it, to be honest. They were doing drug testing on the same day, so when I wasn't asked to stay for that, I knew. I am applying to bakeries I'm not going for kitchen jobs, though, because I don't have the experience and every bakery I've talked to won't even consider you without experience (which makes no sense, because how are you supposed to get it if they won't hire you). I'm also not looking for full time because I want to go back to school and if I get full time, I don't know if I'd be able to drop down to part time so I can go to school.

Chris knows a man who started working for wolf gang puck and became his chef. He is is now a head chef here downtown at a very expensive restuarant.

See, I don't really have that as my goal. I just want to bake and decorate cakes and get better at what I'm already doing. If that happens, fantastic, but it's not my goal. My goal is just to be happy with what I'm doing.
