Government Rates

Does anyone know if Disney resorts still offer this and if so how does one get the rate ? Do you call direct ?

Disney owned resorts have no Government room rates that I have ever heard of. It's possible that the Downtown Disney Resorts may have GSA rates, but not on-property.

And of course, there's Shades of Green for military.

I know Swan and Dolphin have Government rates...not sure about Disney resorts

Disney resorts do not offer a Govt rate. There are resident, ap and aaa discounts.
Govt discounts are availabe at the dtd hotels and the swan/dolphin.

Disney resorts have a military promotion currently in effect (retired and active duty). Do not believe that they have a government rate except for Swan/Dolphin which are not owned by Disney.

What kind of government are we talking here? If you are a DoD employee, you can qualify for the military room only discount.

a true Gov't Rate is per diem based on being on orders.

if you are asking for a military DISCOUNT.. yes that is often an option. either get the overflrow rate at Shades of green, S&D have their own discount as they are not a WDW resort or you can call WDW directly and see what resorts currently have rooms set aside with the military discount( as high as 35% off rack, depending on resort)
