This will sound silly, but you should avoid barnstormer. It jerks something wicked on the first hill and the back is very hard on the back.

I've had two microdiscectomies, for a severely herniated disc, of my L5-S1. The first was in April of 2010...we were able to go to Disney the following October and I rode everything. The disc reherniated in 2014 and I had surgery again. I went to Disney 11 months later and rode everything.

I now have permanent numbness in my lower right leg due to the nerve damage the herniated disc caused. We're going to Disney next weekend and I will ride everything. I have my anti-inflammatories with me in case things flare up.

The things that are the trickiest are drops...Pirates, Splash etc. It's the jar at the bottom of the drop. As long as I brace properly I'm okay.
