I loved the sundaes---don't think I mentioned that in my last post---I have to come up with a replacement for the cherry nose though, because Tom and Megan are not cherry lovers. I'm thinking maybe a Milk Dud. I wish I had the sundae glasses to put them in, but I will just have to come up with some other creative container!!!
I am so happy for you that everything is falling right into place---I am also squeezing my fingers tightly for you to get an upgrade!!! One can hope!!!!
So glad June hours are already out---I know what you will be doing today!!!!
My kids don't like cherries, either -- I just ate their noses for them.
Wouldn't an upgrade be lovely?
Yes, I have run errands and now need to clean the house, but then I am going to plan, plan, plan.
Yay for Mickey sundaes and Yay for 100 Days! LOL. I just read your update and it's so cute. I just can't wait for your trip, I'm wasting away in PTR land, anticipating but not experiencing yet....

It will be here soon (I hope).
Jackie, With your resort confirmation number most CMs are allowing ressies on the 100 day rolling plan. I am on the phone right now to schedule June 7th and 8th.
Some times are already filling up, you should call now!
I tried calling and was on hold for 30 minutes. I listened to Grim, Grinning Ghosts, the Trolley Song, the Enchanted Tiki Room, and the Splash Mountain song. The CM I got told me March 8th

. I am so sad. I really wanted to go ahead and start scheduling. I don't like it when some CMs follow the rules and others don't -- it is so not fair.

I don't mind waiting until March 8th, but I will not be happy if things I want are all booked up.
These are GREAT changes!! AKL is kinda "known" as a resort that commonly upgrades - I don't say this to get your hopes up, we didn't get an upgrade on our honeymoon there - but I hear some people get upgraded almost every visit, and I've heard Standard to Conceriage
more than once!!
And like said before, there are tons of public viewing areas, so you'll still get to enjoy the Savannah.
Oh, and I've even seen some Stanard views that had glimpses of the Savannah! If I can track down WHERE those rooms are, I will let you know.
Your PH will be such a nice bonus when those crowds are crazy, or if you just want to take in Wishes again and again and again!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE your 100 day celebration meal! And congratulations on being ALL PAID UP!
Okay, I have a screaaaaaaaaaaming one year old to deal with. He just threw his yogurt on the floor and I took it away.

Fun fun!
Henry? That sweet, precious baby is throwing a fit???
Concierge? Now that would be an upgrade that would have me dancing in the hotel lobby. LOL!
We are very excited to have it all paid for and celebrating double digits.
Yay for park hoppers!

I LOVED your 100 day celebration...I may have to copy that

I can't believe you get to make your ressies so soon! I will be watching you closely to help me plan out our days too!
I am telling you -- those DHS hours/F! are going to be the end of me -- when they don't have one or the other, it's Star Wars Weekends! I think I need to resign myself to encountering crowds one way or another.
J,
could you please explain the passporters to me. I have always used UG and his website touringplans.com, and of course the disboard for all my planning. I have often wondered about passporters but never purchased it. TIA
debra
The nice thing about the Passporters is that there are these pockets at the end of the book for each day. It's a great place to take notes and stuff receipts, park maps, ADR confirmations, etc. I just love mine!
You must take a big step toward forgiveness and give Pooh a chance. It's not his fault for the changes, you know.
That's so funny about your mom talking about your dad's 'wild ride' driving!
Those State Fair mini-corndogs are good, too. The breading has a good texture.
Just knowing you'll be having zebra domes for me makes me happy.

Trent just said the other day that we need to stay there someday, which just goes to show once again that even though the guys roll their eyes and laugh at Jill and me, they really do like going.
Yes, Fridays are the best.
Payday Fridays, especially!
I know I should give Pooh a chance, but I don't want to see the scene where Toad is handing over the deed.

Maybe I will take that big step this summer. I also never look for his tombstone at the HM. I'm weird, I now. LOL!
I remember my kids asking why we called Gran'daddy Mr. Toad when he drove -- that was an interesting explanation -- "Well, there was this ride at the MK, based on a cartoon based on a book...about Mr. Toad and when he drove, he drove all crazily..." I think I gave up at some point when their eyes glazed over.
I do understand about the eye-rolling -- last night Connor said, "Only 99 more days..." and Charles finished the sentence with "until -- and said that word that means that place that's really hot" (he's such a bad influence) -- my response was, "No, it's just Florida in June

." He tries to pretend that he's not excited, but I heard excitement in his voice when I told him I had paid off the trip.
I wish every Friday were Payday Friday.
