Love your disney drawer!! I use a disney box that I hide under my stairs. It is hard to get to so sometimes things don't quite make it to the box as quickly as i hope. Then when the kids see it they drag it out to play with. I am really liking your drawer idea. I think I could combine some stuff in my dresser to make a drawer just for Disney

5 days! Are you loosing sleep yet?

I love how organized you are - I'm taking mental notes. All our trip stuff usually ends up on a counter somewhere and drives me nutty as it piles up. I like the idea of a box or a drawer.

Looking forward to the picture of Chelsea.

Still sleeping like a baby! Give me a couple of nights though and I will be tossing and turning because I am too excited!

Perhaps we should appeal to a certain handsome archealogist to help you "unearth" everything.

Jackie....has Charles tried Prilosec?? That works wonders for me, especially down in Disney. You can buy it in a 14 day supply so it would be perfect to take. I took it this last trip and in September, I didn't need Tums or anything.

Thank you! There has been quite a bit of dancing at our house today! I have been driving Charles nuts with my running speil of, "Hey! Guess what? Five days!"

Yes, a Disney drawer is wonderful -- it's easy to toss things in over the year.

Oh, no, I do not take that into the park -- I travel as lightly as possible. It stays in the hotel room while we are there.

I hope so! I have a list of things I have to do each day from here on out so I don't get too overwhelmed. It's quite nice to cross things off as we get them done.

Thanks for the excitement! You are going to do a TR for your summer trip, aren't you? Do your two get out this Friday? Do you know what park you are headed to on Saturday? We are planning on a late departure, but haven't decided which park we will visit that day.

How many days do we have left before we head to our favorite place?

That's right! Only five more days until we leave! Yes, Chelsea has been wearing her ears all day!

Last night while I was on the computer (thinking the children had gone to bed), I heard Chelsea asking me, "Mom, do you want me to pack my deodorant and toothbrush and stuff in your toiletry bag or with my stuff?"

Whirling around to fuss at her for still being awake (it was almost eleven), I was confronted with this sight...

I about fell off my chair laughing and Chelsea responded, "What? This is what I am going to look like at Disney. Well, except I am going to get new ears." She about died from excitement when I told her she could design her own ears at the Magic Kingdom. Today she found pictures on the internet -- it will be interesting to see what she designs.

Today we were quite busy. We went to the library, made chocolate chip cookies, and went to the pool.

I made the goody bags for the car.

Here is what went into them.

Here they are all finished and ready for Saturday.

My dad looked over the car to make sure it was trip ready, I vacuumed it all out, and then we took it to the car wash.

Now it's all neat and pretty for the drive sporting its favorite Mickey ears.

Oh, Chelsea looks so cute! She is so cute with her excitement, I can't wait to see what kind of ears she designs!

OK - I've got lots of catching up to do, but first let me say....your kids are so cute. I am taking my 9 year old nephew on this trip and I will be so excited to see everything through his eyes. This is his first trip and he is excited! My kids are 14 and 16, so they are no longer at an age where they get super excited. My DS16 says he just wants to meet some "hot girls" at the pool.

Judging by your ADR's I think we will be in some parks at the same time. I think MK and Epcot during the daytime. Looks like I actually get there two days after you. We arrive on Monday. Why?????? You ask......I specifically scheduled the arrival so my son could play in a college showcase soccer tournament. But guess what......a recent MRI just confirmed that he has a stress fracture (which I personally think occured during impact in one of his games) and now he can not play. I just found this out today! So I have to sit around all weekend waiting to leave. Wish I could just leave a day early!

Promise to read more tomorrow!
