Got our VGT room assignment

NOTHING! Putting my hopes on this afternoon!

Check again....I just found ours for the 5/14 Wonder sailing!! Our OGT was assigned as a 9B and our VGT is a 5B!! Pretty happy. Both are midship....the OGT has 1 big window which is perfect and out VGT has a standard balcony. Perfect for us all. I was kind of hoping for the VGT to be on the starboard side of the ship since we will be cruising north up the CA coast.....but both cabins are on the port side. That is fine too since I am not sure how much of the coast we will actually see anyway!! Sure won't hear me complaining since we started out with 2 inside cabins and by switching to the GT rates we got an outside and a verandah for less than $200 more!!

Call me a happy camper!

I'm impatiently waiting for our VGT room number to come out too. We sail May 17th so I'm hoping we will know something soon. It's killing me! lol I was really hoping to see something today but I will continue to stalk the website until I see something. I keep coming back to this post to see what everyone else is getting.

What is FE and why does everyone talk about it?

You join a group and then put little things in other peoples FE's (Fish Extenders) which a a multi pocket thing that you hang outside your cabin door on a Fish hook.


But the great news is we got our cabin assignment for the May 13th cruise. We are a Cat 5A on the starboard side of the ship. We are a bit more aft than I would like but we will be fine. It is a nice step up from the inside cabins I was pricing!

We are on the same cruise as you and celebrating my son's bday. I'm right there with you going nuts! This is the first time I have ever booked a cruise not knowing where our room is. I am a planner, so I'm impatient lol

Which cruise are you on?? one thing says 13 days one says 2 weeks are you on dream 5/17?? We got 9632 Cat 4A! It is connecting stateroom... anyone ever stay in connecting? we have never noticed noise connecting at WDW but haven't had connecting on cruise.

We are on the may 17th dream cruise. I think I mixed it up lol. Ours is a connecting room too and have never stayed in one like that. A little worried but at least we dont have the kids with us to be making lots of noise.

same here, 3 boys staying home w/GRAN! then we are spending day at MK on Sunday before 9pm flight home! Again w/no kids! Now that kids are big enough to ride most rides (my 3 yr old hit 40 inches) my 5 year old decided everything dark is scary, so we sat out rides w/him that the 3 year old could go on.

Wow, that's an awesome upgrade! I'm hoping for a family oceanview myself (cat 8) but honestly, I'd be happy with a 9D, which is the minimum my OGT guarantees me.

I stayed in 9634 twice and its a fabulous room. Ours was also connecting and we didn't hear a peep out of the family next door the entire cruise both times. It's a short walk to the aft stairs/elevators so you can run up to Cabanas anytime.

Just know that the aft elevator does not go down to deck 2. You can either walk to midship (it's a really really long hallway) or take the aft elevator to deck 3, walk to the atrium and take the stairs 1 flight down. That walk didn't seem as long (I know it's the same thing though lol).
