I just got some photos back from snapfish, too and thought most of them were pretty crappy. We just got a new camera so I thought it was my camera that took the crappy pictures....so it could possible be snapfish?

Well.....I have ordered from snapfish before and have not had issues.

Not just Costco but Sams Club too. I ordered 100 photo Christmas cards on Black Friday for $15! And they were done the next day. I have been using them for years and never had an issue.

I have some other friends who had issues with Snapfish this year too.

and within 12hrs they wrote back and said I could have a refund or a re-do. Definitely not going for the re-do..
