Got a Wii Fit and have lost weight already!!

We got a Wii Fit this past Sunday and I have lost over 2 lbs already!!!
I know I could do better elsewhere but this has me motivated for now.
I'm hoping to lose 10 lbs before we got to WDW in mid October.
