Got a "Reward" from DVC! Need help!

We got an email from DVC telling us that one of our referrals purchased an interest. It goes on to state we need to redeem the reward online. . . . Major problem. . . . We can NOT for the life of us find WHERE this is located!! We've logged in to dvcmember.com like it told us. But it tells us to "simply redeem your reward online." Where might we find this oh Disney? Please tell us! We looked on the "Refer a Friend" page on dvcmember.com. Nothing there. Main page, nothing there. This website is driving me crazy! I know, shocking. . . . A Disney Website that does NOT work. . .

Anybody have any experience with this? Where in the world and how in the world can we redeem our reward?

The way I read the 'Refer a Friend' page, you should be able to select one of the four options in the 'Rewards Options' box.

Tried that. . . But now "links" available for the four options. It says in the email:

Log into dvcmember.com

View your active certificate and select one (1) Reward from the list.

Click Submit to send your selection.

Review your Redemption Confirmation

Sounds so simple, doesn't it? Problem is Disney. . . . . . We can't find where the "active certificate" is located! AAAARRGGHHHH! This is driving me insane!!!!

Click on "My Membership" then "Sharing the Magic."

Disney is in the midst of system upgrades tonight and tomorrow so it's possible that the function won't be working for a couple of days.

Ahhhh! Perhaps that is the problem. I do not have "Sharing the Magic" as an option under "My Membership."
