I've stayed at the CR with a MK view twice before and paid the rack rate, $500+. In fact, right now it's showing as $410/night! I'm soooo stoked - we were planning on Poly, but this rate cannot be beat!

Do you have to stay at a deluxe to book a bounceback offer on a deluxe, or could you stay at a moderate/value and book a deluxe? Also, would the bounceback only be available certain times (not the bounceback dates, but actually be available for you to book it)

Just got back from OKW...had the BB offer...was able to use and modify my existing reservation at POFQ in Aug...got WL Courtyard View for $192, happy with that! Monorail resorts, no availability for my dates.

The offer was for 40% off at Villas and 30% off Deluxe for future stays, ...the dates were scattered ..Aug 10-31...Sept 1-27,...OCt19-31...Nov1....Nov 9-15, and Nov 30 and then Dec 1-13.

Not sure what hotels they place the offers in? We were at OKW, actually staying on points. You know how there are alwyas flyers, info sheets everywhere...well I was moving things around and not paying attention, and they I look and see this "clock" and is says...Pick a date before its too late!
So nothing that says...BOUNCEBACK OFFER! lol

We stayed at POFQ (moderate) in May 2008...the same bounceback offer was in the room (allowing 40% off villas, 30% off deluxe) so you could book a deluxe from a mod bounceback offer. The bounceback offer was only good for the length of time we were booked in the moderate (you had to call the special reservation # before you checked out.)

If I were in any sort of a doable drive from WDW I think I'd book a quick trip just to be able to pick up the bounceback on my vacation in Dec. Unfortunately, the airfare won't make the numbers work out...too bad there isn't a black market on bouncebacks available.

Dumb question. Where are these villas? Are these the DVC locations? I'm trying to find a compromise for DH and I....he likes a condo so there are at least 2 bedrooms as he likes to actually sleep in his vacation , while DD and I are early risers and park commandos. Being on-site makes is easy for DD and I to get up and go and for DH to meet us later when he feels like it

DD and I are going in October, staying at POFQ and I'm hoping for a BB offer in our room so I can book something for next fall????

Yeah, thats what we were thinking of doing. We do live in Orlando, and I was considering booking one night at Pop during August so we can get the bounceback at either Contemporary or Grand Floridian for one night in December. I would just hate to book one night at Pop and then not be able to do the bounceback.

Also, I believe the villas are the DVC locations.

We were just the Beach Club and had the bounceback offer in the room. I got 2 nights at the Beach Club for the last weekend of September for $511 including taxes.

We booked the bounceback at the end of April for Dec. Our dates were flexible 11/30-12/13. We tried various combinations of 4-5 night stays and the only Deluxes available were AKL, BC. Nothing was available for the monorail resorts. We were staying at the Poly and would've liked to return there or the GF. This offer has been available for quite awhile and it seems that most dates have very limited availability, especially Dec. dates at Deluxes.

I think you said you were only looking for one night, so maybe you will have better luck.

Villas ARE the DVC locations...villas are studios....(1 queen, sofa sleeper, kitchenette, balcony..OKW has 2 beds, no sofa sleeper) 1 BDR will give you a full kitchen, wahser and dryer, king in master, and a sofa sleeper....2 BDR...and extra bedroom with 2 queens (dedicated) and 1 queen and a sofa sleeper.

We were jsut in a 2 bdr at OKW...felt like home, biggest 2 bdr in all of DVC villas. The BB offer was for dates through Dec....I think I may have listed them on this thread earlier However, who knows when you are there!!
You could probably enjoy a 1 bdr......and DH would be able to sleep why you guys head out to the parks

I just booked a BounceBack from the Contemporary for 10/24-10/28 with a MK View in the Tower for $1400 including tax. Normal price is $2000, so a decent discount. Also booked a 12/5-12/9 trip incase we have to cancel the Oct trip for the Beach Club for $1000 standard view... Only Villas were OKW and SS and I didnt want to stay at either of them again, we wanted something we normally dont stay at and got 30 % off each of those, so not to bad

The Beach Club is what was available the weekend I wanted. I had also tried for the Yacht Club or a one bedroom in the Beach or Boardwalk Villas and they didn't have that. For the following weekend my only choice was the Boardwalk. They have availability in all the resorts both weekends, but not for the bounceback I guess.

We are staying at Pop in 18 DAYS!!! and are hoping a bounce back offer will be on the table in our room upon check-in. I would like to bring my father back in the early fall to either a value or moderate. Does anyone know if the bounce backs are offered to the value resorts??

Yes, they are. The offer was in my room at Pop a week ago. BUT, there is very little availability left. I know for my time period in December, only Caribbean Beach was available. Here's hoping you have good luck.
