.... they sent me the wrong one:mad:
I ordered a New Regular Annual Pass and they sent me a Renewal for a Premium Annual Pass for Florida Residents:confused: So, they got everything wrong (well, not everything - they charged my credit card for the right amount! )

It is a voucher right??I am waiting for mine...I had to call because I never got the first one, and they just reissued me another one...
Yikes...hope mine is right!!

YIKES!!! Hmmmmm...Netherlands?...Florida??? I van see how they'd get those confused!;)

Yikers Sandra! :earseek: A slight mistake on their part, I'd say. Dontchya just love the way they always seem to bill your credit card appropriately though?

WDW did the same thing with our vouchers. When the vouchers came, I saw it was for the right amount I just filed them. When we went to exhcange them at MGM back in February, it took a little bit of time for the CM to straighten it out. He said it hapens quite frequently.

BTW, if you were charged the same as us, you were OVERCHARGED for your APs. After it was all straighened out, the CM gave my DW and I each three cents back:teeth:

Well, I just called Disney and they are going to send me a new voucher (let's hope that will be the right one.......).

I wonder if they are going to put 3 cents back on my credit card:teeth: .

Yikes... that amazes me... I went right through the Orlando Airport like a maniac to the Disney Store and got my AP...when I landed in May... I think that is how I will do it from now on.. no vouchers for me.

I think that I mentioned in another thread that I had purchased an AP voucher for myself for DIScon 2002. When we did a last minute July 4th trip this year, I didn't have time to get vouchers for the rest of my family. We went straight to the International Gateway at EPCOT when we arrived at WDW and I turned in my voucher for my AP, then bought AP's using the Disney Club Discount for the rest of my family. Having the voucher didn't make one bit of difference in this case. In fact, the CM messed my last name on my AP (which I had corrected at MGM a couple days later). I guess the only advantage to having the voucher is that it locks in the price of the AP. One other good thing was that, when the July credit card bill showed up, there were only 3 AP's on it instead of 4.

Good luck straightening out your voucher. Rest assured that they can fix it when you get to WDW if they don't correct the problem before you leave.

I have an AP rate for All Star Music, so I have to have an AP (or voucher) at check in.......
I will arrive late, so I'm not sure the Disney store at the airport will still be open when I get there. That's why I decided to order a voucher.
But, you're right - it would be easier to buy an AP at WDW!:D
