Been waiting anxiously to see if yours passed. We sent our BLT offer into ROFR 4 days after yours for not much more per point and saw yours as a good gauge. Feel pretty confident now

i think you got a better deal than me I was slightly worried but they have not been taking BLT so i was feeling good.

Now it is time for our family to just enjoy our upcoming trips!

DW and I did not mind the stripped contracts. We think it being stripped with a delayed closing (December) helped it pass ROFR. We already have direct and resale points to use in the meantime. We just wanted a few more points to use in Disneyland.

when i shopped for my initial contracts in January. yes I got many ignores

This was the first offer i put in like 4 months.... and they just accepted it without question or counter.... i still have no idea why my offer was accepted as I was really NOT in the market to purchase more. However, i'm currently gathering up funds to close another contract

This is perfect addition as this brings my BLT balance to 175 which is perfect size for us to travel in 1 bedrooms

You are very certainly allowed to imagine yourself and your family at the Kilimanjaro Lounge with a great coffee, pastries, and having a wonderful time enjoying your view. This is what DVC is for. Congrats!
