I don't know about "good" luck, but at least ours hasn't been "bad." Oddly enough, it seems that when we are on an earlier flight (7 p.m.ish), the line is short, but when it gets to be around midnight, it's a madhouse. Not sure if this is always true...we typically arrive on a Fri. Sometimes Terminal A is a zoo and B is deserted or visa versa, so my husband checks the other one if one is really crowded.
Their cars have been decent for us...the only thing to watch out for is their insurance game. They will say, "Do you want the deluxe coverage or just the basic?", hoping to trick you into saying "Basic" rather than "None." But they're not all that bad, and I certainly don't mind them when the price is right. I know some people like to pick their own car...personally, I find I get more free upgrades at the places that assign, but when we rented an SUV, it was nice to have
Alamo so I could select one in a comfortable size.
