I made a fudge recipe today and it was a flop. I followed directions to a T and have never had problems making fudge before. :confused3

We use the one on the marshmello fluff jar. Think it's jetpuff(?) but it's right next to the regular marshmellows and it's pretty no fail. People love it. We get a ton of requests.

Agree. The only tricky part is judging when the actual boiling begins. I have overcooked mine in the past.

I, too, use the marshmallow cream recipe! But the weather does have something to do with it. Don't try it on a humid day. I also use flavored chips. Try white chips at Christmas with finely diced red and green marachino cherries, well drained and patted dry or it will change the fudge color. Try milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate, mint chocolate, etc.

This is what I use too & people LOVE it. I screwed it up quite a bit initially -- the key for me was getting a good candy thermometer.

I love the one on the Rachel Ray site. Microwave Fudge....easy , yummy and not even I can mess it up!

Fantasy Fudge made w/ Kraft Marshmallow Cream is awesome. Recipe is on the jar.

I also love the "No Fail Fudge" from the Marshmallow Fluff jar. Not marshmallow creme (yuck). And for the record, I did once fail on the no fail fudge recipe, but only once and I was a teen.

I use this recipe too. I haven't tried other chips with this recipe, like another poster mentioned. Have you tried with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, etc? The recipe calls for semisweet. I may try a substitute and see how it goes. I just may make some fudge tonight. Yummy.

I have made it w/ dark, semi, milk, peanutbutter, white chocolate, & butterscotch. I prefer peanutbutter.
