It's going to be the 3rd trip for my family. I have 2 daughters 10 and 12 and my wife and I will be in the Contemporary for 6 nights beginning on February 4th.
I don't really understand how people deal with all the crowds and the hot weather. We always go early in the year to get in and out of what we want to see. But that's just me I guess ... not a lot of patience sometimes.
Do I worry that taking my girls out of a very tough Catholic academy is going to make them miss out on a scholarship to Notre Dame or Stanford.
Nah, no way Disney is way too important! 
But the real reason we are going is to see the Duck Goose again.
This is a believe it or not half goose half duck that ( when we were there last time 2 februaries ago ) was hanging out by Magic Kingdom near the beach ( past where you get on the ferry across the lake ).
It was a very large mixed up half breed.
My girls fell in love with it and tried to visit every day.
It's tough to get dates when you are not really a goose and not really a duck. I wonder how lucky that poor creature has been in the romance area!
Kind of like me until I ... well let's leave that for later.
So has anyone seen Afflack lately?
