Oh no we leave thursday night. Ask me if we are ready. No not even close. We have everything we need the trick is getting everything packed and organized. Procrastination an awful flaw that has plagued me since college has lead me to this situation. Guess what I also married a man who has the same problem. Well here is the usual senario we wait until the last possible moment to pack. Rush around fuss at each other and stay up most of the night and some how we are ready togo in the morning. We are usually a little worse for wear and swear on all that is holy that next vacation we will not wait till the last minute. Well that never happens.

Lets see did I mention that for the last two weeks my house has been sick. Everyone has colds which two weeks ago was okay because I thought they would be better by the time we went to disney. Numerous doctor's visits later we are just getting better. My DD2 was a little iffy but she sounds better today yeah!!!!! So last night for the first time felt like we were well enough togo.

Well now you say what else could possibly go wrong nothing right. Wrong, how does a black eye sound. My little guy sometimes sleeps in our bed. He has been fussy because he is sick. He tends to wake up in cry in the middle of the night. He has this awful habit of sitting up crying and if you don't wake up right away he gets angry and throws his head back. Well his hard head connected with my eye. It was a pleasant way to wake up. I was very startled as you would expect. A little confused my eye was watering and hurt and then I figured out what happened. I calmed him down nursed him back to sleep and then fell asleep myself. Of course at three in the morning I didn't think about putting ice on my eye. When I woke up at 7 I realized what happened and hoped it wasn't too late for the ice to help.

As I sit here typing this my eye is puffy and swollen and hurts quite a bit. I have the beggining of a bruise and I am hoping it will not get any worse. Won't my vacation pictures look lovely with a black eye. Also how do you explain a black eye will people really believe my real story or will they be wondering if I am trying to cover something up. Or if they don't know my story will they just be looking at me thinking poor woman. Of course my husband doesn't look like he could hurt a flea. My husband thought this was funny he said we can tell people that I stepped out of line. Of course I yelled at him and told him that was not funny because there are women that really have to deal with this problem. He said geeze calm down it was just a joke sorry I was insensitive.

So more to come at nap time I will get into the real crazy part. Driving to Disney with three children under the age of five. Are we crazy who knows? Is it better to take a plane I don't know. So send me some pixie dust so we can get this trip on the road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here we come disney!!!!!!!!!!!

Your driving down from Maryland. Do you have a DVD player, I would send you mine if you don't, they are life savers.

I hope everyone stays healthy and no set backs. Are you and your husband running in the marathon? I know it is marathon weekend, but I heard the crowds are not bad, most are adults and they usually just do the marathon and maybe Epcot.
