I agree with pjlla -- keep your receipt; you can probably start out with a lot less than you have there -- fewer pens, especially, you will more likely end up journaling on the computer. I would not open the Fiskars shape cutter kit for awhile -- I used mine a little bit, then needed to change the blade, and then it didn't work at all -- I have a whole bunch of that stuff that is very likely not going to be used much -- it was harder than it seemed like it would be {and I decided that long before I recently entered the world of Cricut -- wait until you catch that addiction-- mega-bucks involved!!!}. Don't open anything until you are sure you are going to use it, especially any refill packs.
It can be handy to get photos printed at a larger size, because you are going to crop them -- cut out the part that you really want on your page (or the part that will actually fit where you want to put it -- e.g. -- it can feel weird to crop off part of the top of the castle, but sometimes that makes the photo actually work better on your page).
One helpful addition for you might be a large circle punch (it's more reliable than the Fiskars system) -- use a coupon, they're spendy. And a Zig glue pen is handy for little things. And a corner rounder for photos is nice to have -- somehow some pages just look better with the photos and their mats slightly rounded on the corners.
Have fun -- you've got a lot of great, fun stuff -- you're going to be able to make some great pages. (Get a magazine or two -- I just renewed my sub to Scrapbooks, Etc. even tho I find the mags rather repetitive -- it's still helpful and fun to go through them). There are lots and lots of fun Web sites to look at also, just do a Google search on scrapbooks.
