Going mid May, what new attractions are open?

I'm looking forward to the SW fireworks at HS but are any of the new attractions at Epcot and especially, AK going to be up and running? Our dates are 5/18-24. TY

The Olaf m&g opened Wednesday & Town Center at DS is supposed to start phasing in store openings 5/15

We are also going around this time. We are excited for the SW fireworks and Star Wars stage shows and a lot of new Meet and Greats: Olaf DHS, Joy and Sadness Epcot, Baymax Epcot, Kylo Ren and Chewy DHS, Minnie and Socerer Mickey DHS.
Although they are not new we have never done SDMT or The little mermaid ride.
