What a comeback and I just bought hubby and I seats to the first game of round 2 in Tampa. YEAH- Disney and hockey-does life get any better?

Congrats on the hockey tickets....not sure how you can cheer for the Canadiens , but enjoy the game...we'll be watching for you.

What a great game so now on to Tampa and what looks like another great series. Hopefully the Leafs get taken out by the Sens tonight and that would be great.

What a dream trip!!

We tried to get Leafs tickets when they played in Tampa years ago and they were sold out in no time. Even though I'm not a Canadiens fan, cheer real loud. I hate to see a Stanley cup final with no Canadian teams.

Hubby is the Habs fan, I secretly like the way Tampa plays.(young and fast), so not sure who I am cheering for.

I cannot agree more with that sentiment. I guess what would irk me more is no teams from "Cold Weather cities" in the final. What the heck are we doing with teams in Dallas, LA, Atlanta, Tampa, Arizona and all that? These aren't Hockey towns, dangit. I guess I still miss the Winnipeg Jets and the Québec Nordiques. And I miss The Forum and the old Boston Garden. Yeah, I love to have a Habs vs Bs series, and this last one was a good'un, but the modern staduims with clear lines of sight just aren't the same. And miss being able to tune into the French language announcers on "Hockey de Jeudi Soir"; darn US cable companies (if I still lived in Maine I could get it tho).

So don't tell any of my neighbours, but: "Go Habs Go!"

Have a great trip Sherry! Len and Michael went to a Tampa/ Detroit game with Len's brother one time when we were down there. They had a great time! Be sure that you out-cheer those Tampa cheerleaders!
