I wonder if my COMPANY will be buying one? They have one for DL that can be used by employees for certain special events (major milestone anniversaries, retirement, etc).

I did start doing the mental calculations comparing the cost/benefits of purchasing DVC (resale) vs. Club 33 membership... The "buy-in" is the same, but the "maintenance fees" for Club 33 are, well, a bit of a challenge.
