Aw thank you girls! I have missed everyone so much! Blake and I are dying for a Disney trip. We spent tonight looking at our old videos that we took via our canon camera from our past trips and youtubed a few ride videos

I hope once we are in Round Rock we'll have 4 weeks in an extended stay with not that much to do except find a house and wait for it to close...so I will have a lot of time on my hands LOL!!!!!!!

Hey girls, I am back from OBX!!!! And I really must say that I am so happy to be home....not only did we have the struggles and obstacles due to the cast, but Megs and Tom both came down with strep throat like symptoms on Wednesday that really drug on through the rest of the week. Let's just say that I saw WAY more of our room taking care of those two than I saw of anything else. We did get a chance to spend a day relaxing at the beach on Monday and a day out at TS3 and our favorite restaurant in the OBX--JK's--on Tuesday. Then the illnesses hit, and it all went south from there!!!
The silver lining of this crazy trip.........Tom asking on the way home if it would be possible to book and plan a trip to WDW in August after he finds out what his bonus is going to be next week. Hmmmmm......do you think we could do it in such a short time span?!?!?!?!? Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

On the job front, I received VERY disappointing information while on the trip in respect to me teaching in the fall.......the lady from the state FINALLY called me back about reopening my certificate, and in true governmental style, there are even MORE hoops that I have to jump through than originally discussed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! This is frustrating me SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO badly!!! Also, the full-time at the local high school I have been waiting on has disappeared off the county's site. The part-time position is still there, but I still have heard NOTHING from them besides the email that I received from the principal stating that my resume and application would be pulled for that position. I am really getting down about the whole situation. I don't know what else I can really do!!!! Katie, I know you feel my pain---isn't this just about the most frustrating thing ever!?!?!?!?

So that is what is new in my neck of the woods!

Thanks P! I really shouldn't complain, I know there are worse struggles than ours in life, but it just feels BLEGH to have so many frustrating hurdles all at once! I know what ever is meant to be will, but I would just like that to be a full-time teaching job so that we can better achieve what we want to do over the next year or so. I will stop complaining!

I don't think so.... but most of what I'm hearing is that people are on waiting lists for August. I can check if you have dates and you aren't picky about resorts. But I really don't know how much is available. I'mtrying to make roomsize change for Sept... and having a tough time of it!
