Glowing Character Punch

I recently read something about glowing character punch for kids. It is a fruiting drink that apparently comes with a glowing disney character attached to the cup in some way. Is this available in WDW? If so do you know what characters and where?

Most restaurants have it. You can choose Tinkerbell or Buzz Lightyear for the clip on light. It's not available on the dining plan because of the glow novelty and souvenir cup - you can order it, but you have to pay extra for it.

My son had one at the Garden Grill character dinner.

The punch itself is nothing special. Kinda like Hawaiian punch but you can get the clip on light with any kids beverage if you ask...but you still pay extra.
