Glitch with new DVC ticket- Fast passes

I bought two four day DVC tickets for my daughter and son in law yesterday over the phone. We were provided with the confirmation number that enabled them to link their tickets to their bracelets. But when they went to make their fast pass selections they could only make them for one day. When they tried to go to the second day it said they had reached their limit and could not make any further selections. A call to member services was met by the rep saying " Oh, we just got notice of this and the IT department is trying to get it straightened out." Theoretically, because we are leaving with 14 days (actually 7) we would be given priority for the fix. I spoke with "Sue" at member services who said that she was personally handling our problem. She took my phone number and asked me to stay off the my disney experience site until I heard from her. That was yesterday still no call.

Bottom line, just be aware that if you purchase the ticket you may not be able to make your fast pass selections beyond the first day unless they fix the problem.
 
Have you heard anything back on this? I had the same issue while trying to schedule fast passes this morning.
 
Wow! I'm already a little skeptical about all this MB and FP+ stuff, so this would make me SO upset! Please do keep us posted.
 
Yes, please keep us posted. I was planning to buy these tickets next week for our December trip.
 

OY! I was going to buy 6 tix....i still have time so hopefully this will be fixed by then....
IT does call back ..just before our June trip I got locked out of my acct..entirely...without going into detail someone called and it was fixed promptly...
I am the person that at times all 12 of the others leave to plan the whole trip...
 
Sitting up until midnight to book FP and got the same error. Party of 9 so gonna be very tough to get those we miss. This is SOOOO frustrating!

Ugh! I hope this is fixed before I buy our tickets.

Glad they were able to help you. Sounds like a pain!:headache:
 
We are going to buy 3 for our March trip. I know that I have time before I have to make our FPs, but I hope they get this fixed ASAP....just for everyone else's sake.
 
I bought four of them and did the 4 days fp for all of us with no problems two weeks ago hope you get it figured out.
 
I'm sure with all the people buying these tickets they'll get it figured out fairly quickly. They always do.
 
I just went to try and copy my existing fastpasses to those who have the DVC promo ticket and it worked. I no longer got the too many fastpass error.
 
I got the same problem 2 weeks ago when adding my MiL to our Nov trip. I called the number given on the FP page (not MS) and while the CM hadn't heard of this problem, her supervisors had.

Solution: we booked our FPs over the phone with the CM for all four days and she manually added MIL. Caveat: she did tell us that if we changed FPs, MIL's wouldn't change.

Don't know if problem is fixed.
 
Any else have any more problems with this ticket and using MDE with the ticket? :confused3Hope that I can do length of stay fastpasses 60 days in advance ALL AT ONCE! Don't understand why not as it "should be" the same concept as a regular ticket, that being 60 days in advance booking length of stay FP!:confused3
