Glitch on MDE (maybe just for Canadians)?

I'm trying to link a hotel reservation to MDE. When I click "Link Reservation", the website redirects itself back to the Planning page and doesn't let me enter the reservation. I've tried every browser and device and can't get to the page where I enter a new reservation number to link it. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I was having the same problem. I ended up entering the reservation through the app and that worked.

I haven’t been able to log into MDE since last Saturday. I get the notice in my email that I’ve signed in but I just get a spinning circle on the screen . I tried different browsers and I tried a few different devices.
My app is working fine. I’m hoping it resolves itself and I don’t have to call .

Yes, I was having the same problem. I ended up entering the reservation through the app and that worked.

I don't see an option in the app to do that. Where do I go? ETA: Nevermind, I figured it out. Thanks!

I always change the country to US- English and that seems to smooth out any bugs for me.

I got it to work for the first time yesterday by hitting the back button. It went in to my account from there even though I just got the spinning circle when I logged in. Strange .

Same problem and same solution. I was surprised it worked. I always have issues with the app.

Change the language from English Canada to English US. A CM gave me this tip. Usually solves all my MDE woes.

I haven’t been able to sign into MDE either ugh. It is still so glitchy, I can’t believe they haven’t been able to iron it out yet. I’ll try changing countries thanks.
