“There you are Igor. What took you so long? Did you get the brain?
No? Well, no matter. I’m working on an even bigger project now! Take a look.”

<ahem>
There you have it. The Master Plan for our week at Disney. In general, it’s a plan for each day -- morning, afternoon, and evening parks; lunches and dinners; and “must do” items to remember. This is as much planning as I do before getting to a park – we don’t plan out each ride. Plus, it’ll be a whole lot different this trip, with the kids running off in one direction and Gram and Poppy moseying in another.
First, you may notice that the Master Plan it skips over the Vero Beach portion of our trip. It’s there, but I hid those columns since they pretty much just say “Vero”.
Explanation of the colors.
The blue cells show the parks that we’re planning on.
The yellow cells show the meals with ADRs, and the coloring helped me remember to make the ADRs…because I actually forgot to make the ADR for the Grand Floridian tea initially. I made it a day after all of the other ADRs, but was still able to get the time I wanted.
The brown cells show meals that we’ll need to plan for grocery-wise.
And the green cells are off-site. At first I had “WWoHP” (Wizarding World of Harry Potter) in those cells, but changed them to “WW” in case the kids see the Master Plan. They may be able to guess the acronym “WWoHP”, but I doubt they’d get “WW”.
I have my ADR numbers on here as well, but I hid those rows before posting on this public forum. I’d hate to show up at 50’s Prime Time on Sunday and find that some unscrupulous DISer

For reference purposes, at the bottom of the page I also show the EMH parks and Undercover Tourists ratings of the parks for each day.
Looking at the detail, you might notice that I’m planning on Yeehaa Bob again…that’s become a first-night tradition.

My parents have never seen him and I think they’ll really enjoy his show.
Under Monday, one of the “Must do’s” is SotMK, which stands for "Sorcerer’s of the Magic Kingdom". From what I’ve read, the best way to describe it is that it’s kind of like Kim Possible missions at Epcot, in that there are hidden elements of the game throughout the park (portals, where you battle the villains), but it’s different in that you get spell-cards to use in battle. So maybe it’s like Kim Possible meets Yu-Gi-Oh!. It’s a treasure hunt, with trading cards. I think James might like it, and yeah, I might be interested in helping him.

Anyway, I’ll probably just print out this Master Plan really small, microfiche-small like last time, and carry it in my wallet, unless I can figure out how to put it on Judy’s iPhone…any suggestions?
